METHODS OF USE AND COMBINATIONS
These olives can be used for the preparation of appetizers, bakery products, pasta sauces, cold rice, mixed salads, accompaniment of main courses; they are perfect for octopus salad and Ligurian-style rabbit. Suitable both raw and cooked.
