Our elegant gift box holds a mix of the best products from the olive tree and the Maixei grape. The characteristic red wine of Dolceacqua is combined with the flavor of our Taggiasca olives, for celebrating special occasions… and to put good food on the table every day. A fine corkscrew is also included in the box.
Features
Awarded first Ligurian DOC in 1972, Dolceacqua is the symbolic red wine of the entire region. A dry wine with a ruby red color, it comes in the box in its Classic version with delicate hints of cooked cherries and slightly wilted roses.
The olives, strictly of Taggiasca variety, are harvested in our olive groves, carefully selected and placed in extra virgin olive oil or brine, following the ancient recipe based on water, salt and aromatic herbs.
The olive pulp is obtained from our Taggiasca olives in brine, with a final addition of Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil that makes it soft and creamy.
With its fruity and particularly sweet flavour, Maixei Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a straw-coloured nectar characterized by lightness, low acidity and healing properties.
