Our elegant gift box welcomes a mix of the best products from the olive tree and Maixei grapes. The characteristic red wine of Dolceacqua goes well with the flavor of our Taggiasca, for special occasions… and to bring good things to the table every day. Also in the box is a fine corkscrew.
Characteristics
First D.O.C. Ligurian in 1972, Dolceacqua is the red symbol of the entire region. A dry wine with a ruby red colour, it is present inside the package in its Classic version with delicate hints of cooked cherries and slightly dried rose. The olives, strictly of the Taggiasca variety, are harvested in our olive groves, carefully selected and placed in extra virgin olive oil or in brine following the ancient recipe based on water, salt and aromatic herbs. The olive pulp is obtained from our Taggiasca in brine, with the final addition of Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil which makes it soft and creamy. Maixei EVO Oil, with a fruity and particularly sweet flavour, is a straw-coloured nectar, made of lightness, low acidity and healing properties.
