Maixei is a trademark of Florcoop Sanremo s.c.a., which is an agricultural cooperative that has aimed to protect the quality of the agri-food, wine and olive oil products of Western Liguria since 1980.

How can I register on the website?

For your registration click on the person icon in the header of each page (on the top right), or use this link: https://maixei.it/my-account 

Can I delete my account online?

To delete all your information write to: info@maixei.it

How can I change my password?

After logging in to the site, go to your account page and, using the menu on the left, click on Account Details to change your personal data and your password.

I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

To retrieve your password click on the person icon in the header (on the top right) and then on Forgot Password. Now, enter the e-mail address used for registration. You will receive an e-mail with instructions for resetting your password.

I can no longer access my personal account, how can I fix this problem?

For access problems you can write to: info@maixei.it leaving your phone number in the e-mail. One of our technicians will call you back to resolve any problems.

ORDERS

Can I change or cancel an order?

You can change or cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped, by calling +39 0184 206849

Where should I enter the promotional codes?

During the payment process, you can enter your coupon code in the order summary form.

Can I return a product if it does not satisfy my expectations or does not match what I ordered?

In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to return any purchased product.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

For our shipments we rely on the courier Bartolini that will send you an e-mail containing the tracking code, when the package is picked up at our store.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Deliveries in Italy, excluding islands, take place within 2 to 5 working days from the date we receive the order. For islands and international shipments, delivery time ranges from 5 to 10 working days.

How much is the shipping cost? Is there a minimum purchase to benefit from free shipping?

Shipping cost in Italy is € 9. Shipping is free on orders over € 49.90.

Can I order a gift box and have it delivered directly to the recipient?

When ordering, you can specify an address other than your own to which we will delivery the gift box.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay using the Nexi circuit or by Visa, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro or UnionPay. You can either pay via PayPal and via bank transfer.

Can I request a commercial invoice for my orders?

By filling out the checkout form with your company name and the VAT number, you will receive your commercial invoice.

Where can I find information about the ingredients, allergens and nutritional values of your products?

On our website: the list of ingredients, nutritional information and many other details is available for each product, in the Shop.

When is olive oil from the new harvest available?

The new olive oil is available, roughly, starting in December.
